- listen to live klezmer
- make your own candles with the Jewish Museum
- make your own shadow puppets with the Little Angel Theatre
- play dreidel
- taste delicious latkes, doughnuts, and hot cocoa

To bring a bit of World Cup fever to Islington Green, attending this year’s event is world record-breaking football freestyler, Dan Magness. In 2009 Dan became the first person in the world to keep a football in the air for 24 hours without dropping it and he’ll be performing his gravity defying football skills show for us all at this year’s event. Come and watch his world-renowned football freestyle show and get involved as he teaches you how to do some of the unbelievable tricks that he’s performed all over the world.
The Islington Menorah Lighting has grown to become the second-biggest public menorah lighting in the UK, bringing together Jewish and non-Jewish members of the community, from Islington and beyond. The Islington Menorah Lighting is supported by Islington Council and hosted by Chabad Islington. This event is free and open to all - please join with your family, friends and neighbours!
