To commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day, Chabad Islington will host a discussion on 'Man's Search for Meaning' by Viktor Frankl. The event will take place on 31 January at Islington Town Hall.
'Man's Search for Meaning' was written in 1946, chronicling Frankl's experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II. It also described his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positively about, and then immersively imagining that outcome.
Make sure you read this incredible book if you haven't already, and join us for the discussion. The event is free but RSVP essential.
